Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Momo Skate Shoes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your ice skates, please review our refund and returns policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Skates must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (no scratches on blades, no signs of wear on boots, tags intact).
- Exceptions: Customized skates, clearance items, and used blades (due to hygiene and safety reasons) are non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email our customer service team at info@momoskateshoes.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
- Wait for our confirmation (typically within 2 business days) – we’ll provide a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for shipping.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (allow 5-7 business days), we’ll process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of inspection.
- Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or model, follow the return process above and note your exchange request in your email. We’ll ship the new item once we receive the returned product (exchanges are subject to stock availability).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your skates arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number (via email or phone).
- We’ll arrange for a free return and send a replacement (if in stock) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
6. Final Notes
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- For international orders, return shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
